Manufacturer's 12 Month Limited Warranty

Andis warrants this product to the original purchaser against defective material or workmanship for one year from the purchase date. All implied warranties are also limited to one year. If this Andis product fails to operate properly under normal household use conditions within the warranty period because of defect in workmanship or material, Andis will replace or repair the unit without cost to consumer for parts and labor.

The defective product must be returned via parcel post insured or U.P.S., with proof of purchase and $6.50 to cover the cost of handling, to any Authorized Andis Repair Station or to:

In Canada, please call 1-800-335- 4093 for repair information. Attach a letter describing the nature of the problem. Due to foreign matter sometimes found in hair, clipper blades, or resharpening of blades are not subject to this warranty.

Andis will not be responsible for the cost of repairs or alterations made by any other person, agency, or company, nor for incidental or consequential damages of any type or for the use of unauthorized attachments. Some states may not allow exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

WARRANTY BY BABYLISSPRO

Manufacturer's Limited 2-year Warranty (U.S and Canada Only)

BaBylissPro will repair or replace (at the option of BaByliss) your unit free of charge for 24 months from the date of purchase if the appliance is defective in workmanship or materials. 

To obtain service under this warranty, return the defective product to the service center listed below, together with your purchase receipt and $15.00 for postage and handling. California residents need only to provide proof of purchase and should call 1-800-326-6247 for shipping instructions. In the absence of a purchase receipt, the warranty period shall be 24 months from the date of manufacture. 

Any implied warranties, obligations, or liabilities, including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall be limited in duration to the 24- month duration of this written, limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. 

In no event shall BaBylisspro be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages for breach of this or any other warranty, expressed or implied whatsoever. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. 

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

WARRANTY: US and CANADA: 1-Year Limited Warranty Sunbeam Products, Inc. doing business as Jarden Consumer Solutions or if in Canada, Sunbeam Corporation (Canada) Limited doing business as Jarden Consumer Solutions (collectively "JCS") warrants that for a period of one year from the date of repair or replace this product or any component of the product found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement will be made with a new or remanufactured product or component. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. This is your exclusive warranty. Do NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on this product. Doing so will void this warranty. 

This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. JCS dealers, service centers, or retail stores selling JCS products do not have the right to alter, modify, or any way change the terms and conditions of this warranty.

This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product, use on improper voltage or current, use contrary to the operating instructions, disassembly, repair, or alteration by anyone other than JCS or an authorized JCS service center. Further, the warranty does not cover—acts of natural disaster, such as fire, flood, hurricane, and tornadoes.

Limited Warranty (Valid U.S.A. only)

If your Wahl product fails to operate satisfactorily within the specified number of years (see package for the length of warranty) from the date of original purchase or receipt as a gift, Wahl will, at our option, repair or replace the product and return it to you FREE OF CHARGE.

  2. Commercial (non-consumer) use or unreasonable use.

WARRANTY BY JRL

Manufacturer's 12 Month Limited Warranty
 
JRL USA will repair or replace your unit (upon diagnosis of the defect) free of charge for 12 months from the date of purchase if the appliance has a manufacturer’s defect. To obtain service under terms of the warranty, the defective unit must be returned to the JRL Service. Please email — [email protected] for a return mailing address. Inside your package should be a copy of your sales receipt, a note which includes the defects of the unit, and a check in the amount of $15.00 to cover shipping and handling. Should there be a malfunction on the manufacturer’s behalf within the first 30 days of purchase, JRL will provide a call tag for the unit to be picked up for a free charge. Once it is received, the replacement will be shipped. If the proof of purchase is not included with your defective item, the warranty will be voided. 
 
This warranty gives the buyer specific legal rights. There may be other rights which vary from state to state.
